A classic re-invented, The Grill takes its inspiration from around the time the Seagram Building was constructed, and the power restaurants of that era. Think first season of Mad Men, when free flowing booze was the norm at red meat power lunches. Intricate and elegant setting in which to enjoy sustainably sourced meat and seafood, overseen by The Major Food Group's Mario Carbone in the former Four Seasons space.

Check out The Pool, the seafood centered restaurant occupying the other half of the iconic space.
