Masaharu Morimoto expands his ever growing empire, but here veers off into new direction. Conspiring with his Korean born executive chef, Jae Lee, they create some great ramen dishes in a casual atmosphere.
Jae throws in some Korean influences exhibited by the chilis and kimchee found in many dishes. The fusion is playful here with dishes such as Peking Duck tacos along with some complex take on the Korean classic bibimbap.
