Congrats to Chef de Cuisine Daniela Soto-Innes on being selected 2016 Rising Star Chef of the Year by the James Beard Foundation.

Renowned Chef Enrique Olvera, creates Mexican-inspired cuisine that is specially adapted to take advantage of local and seasonal ingredients harvested from the nearby Hudson River Valley. The menu features dishes with base ingredients of corn, beans and chiles, complemented by local vegetables, herbs, meats, fish and other seafoods that varies seasonally.

The restaurant’s three environments—the main dining room, the bar, and a private space that seats up to fourteen—have been designed to accentuate enjoyment of richly pleasing cuisine in a shared yet relaxed ambience.
