Blue Ribbon Sushi Izakaya

The Bromberg Brothers bring the Blue Ribbon brand to the Sixty LES Hotel, with a rejiggering of a few of their concepts to create a sushi/izakaya joint. In warm weather be sure to have drink at their beer garden located on patio.

Atera is a two Michelin star restaurant serving tasting menus only and dining experiences last approximately three hours. Chef Matt Lightner’s creative and playful market driven menus make Atera a unique dining experience. With 20 plus courses and no printed menu (and no ala carte menu), you are encouraged to let your imaginations run wild and guess the ingredients and composition of each dish. Atera's menu is highly seasonal and continuously evolving. It should be noted that Atera does not accommodate aversions and the current menu does not accommodate dairy free or vegan diets, chocolate or nut allergies. The former Falai space gets overrun by the Fatty Crew and Top Chef's Leah Cohen, bringing Southeastern Asian food to Soho. The Southeast Asian inspired cuisine offers a variety of Thai and Filipino influences on the menu including Crispy Pata and pickled mango salad (pork shank cooked in soy sauce and five spice garnished with coriander, crispy garlic served with a secret family recipe sweet and sour liver dipping sauce), Grilled Pork Neck and Watermelon Salad (chili lime fish sauce, shallot, chicharon, herbs and toasted rice) and Crispy Quail Adobo (Szechuan peppercorn, coconut vinegar, soy sauce, bay leaves, crispy garlic, scallion and soft boil quail egg). Drinks will range from cheap canned beer to large format beer served Hong Kong style (drink out of small bowls), wine cocktails and a self-serve bottomless tap in the backyard.

With a nod towards Williamburg's former industrial grit, Fabbrica takes that and runs it through an Italian press, creating one of the few wood-heavy, rustic spaces in the city—and, indeed, in the neighborhood—that actually works as more than the setting for a steampunk novel. Executive Chef Simone Bonelli comes from Osteria Francescana, an eatery in Italy with a stunning three Michelin stars, and live music wafts on the air on weekends.
