Since 1993, Beekman Bar & Books—the second of the Bar & Books brand—has been giving the old-school lounge experience to cigar lovers in Midtown East, with a selection of, well, just all right cigars and extremely proficient and knowledgable bartenders who know exactly what to pour for what you're smoking. Unlike its brother locations, the Beekman has a non-smoking bar alongside Max's Tobacco Shop, their smoking lounge and cigar store. As with the others, customers can bring in their own cigars for a reasonable cutting fee and enjoy all the ambiance they can absorb and all the alcohol they can afford.
