Hand rolled and wood fired bagels from two bagel loving dudes from two bagel loving towns in two different countries in North America. Matt Kliegman and Noah Bernamoff's joint displays the passion these two bring to crafting the perfect bagel.

Variety of spreads and toppings run the gamut - from the basic cream cheese through the whitefish salad all the way to a startling Ricotta, Apple and Honey.
